Revision Policy

In the event that the article you have received from us does not match the information provided when the article was ordered, we are happy to revise the article for you.

Although we strive to review each article carefully for grammar and spelling, errors sometimes slip through.  In these cases we are more than happy to revise the articles and repair any errors you are able to identify for us.

Refund Policy

Articles – Once articles are ordered and sent to the writers, they are considered to be in process, therefore no refunds will be given, except in cases where the articles have not yet been started by the writer and we can remove the request from the system. 100% of that article (not order) will be refunded.

Once the article has been started by the writers or delivered to your MAX account, it cannot be refunded.  Further, being that articles are non-tangible goods with no physical shipping, there are no refunds for digitally delivered products.

Any and all requests for refunds must be made in writing to the MyArticleExpress Support Desk and received within 48 hours after delivery.

If and when a refund is issued, you agree in writing that you will not use nor distribute any part of the content for which you have received the refund.  You also guarantee that you will delete all files pertaining to the refunded articles.  This is subject to all vendor copyright laws.

All revisions and refunds are handled on a case by case basis and are determined at the sole discretion of MyArticleExpress.  Any abuse of these policies will result in the termination of the user’s account.

Backlinks – As all Web 2.0 backlink packages are a 100% digitally delivered service, the orders cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

Any revisions or modifications to the order once placed, is at the sole discretion of MyArticleExpress and depends on where the request is in regards to the backlink building and delivery process.
